These cute pieced fabric ruffle capris can be recreated in sizes 6-12 Months through Kid Girl 12. These can be made in capris or even clam digger length (right below the knee).
We've used two different Gymboree fabrics to ensure the PERFECT match! We've also added a sweet ribbon hibiscus, complete with ribbon "leaves" and a wooden button center.
